MEZZANINE FLOORS (Column & Self supported)
A column-supported mezzanine (also known as a structural steel or freestanding mezzanine) is an independent, self-supporting platform held up by dedicated steel columns

Industrial Mezzanine Floors: Column & Self-Supported Systems:
Double your facility’s square footage without new construction. Aadithri offers custom Column-Supported Mezzanines for heavy machinery and Self-Supported Mezzanines for office or light storage space.
Design: Heavy-duty MS pillars with high-strength iron floor decking.
Benefits: Completely modular and relocatable design, maximizing your facility's vertical height.
A column-supported mezzanine (also known as a structural steel mezzanine) is an independent, freestanding platform supported entirely by a dedicated grid of steel columns. Unlike rack-supported systems, it does not rely on your existing storage for stability, offering maximum flexibility for the space both above and below.
Key Advantages
Wide Clear Spans: By using high-strength H-beams and I-beams, we can design a column grid with large spans (often over 25 feet), leaving the ground floor unobstructed for machinery movement, production lines, or forklift traffic.
Heavy-Duty Performance: These systems are engineered for the most demanding industrial loads, with capacities typically ranging from 500 kg to 1,500 kg per sq. m.. This makes them ideal for housing heavy machinery, bulk inventory, or modular offices.
Freestanding & Modular: Since the structure is bolted rather than welded to the building, it can be dismantled, relocated, or expanded with minimal effort as your business grows.
Versatile Decking Options: Choose the right surface for your operations:Steel Chequered Plates: For maximum durability and slip resistance in heavy-traffic areas.
Bar Grating: Excellent for air circulation, light penetration, and fire safety (allows sprinkler water to pass through).
Wooden/Plywood Panels: A cost-effective and aesthetic choice for office or retail mezzanine levels.
Typical Applications
Production Lofts: Creating a second level for assembly lines while keeping the ground floor for heavy raw material storage.
Supervisor Offices: Elevated "command centers" that offer a clear view of the entire facility floor.
Equipment Platforms: Dedicated space for HVAC units, compressors, or automation systems, freeing up valuable ground space.
